WHEREAS, DAVID C. CABLE and KATHERINE M. CABLE of 2734 S. Rosegarden Blvd.,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
ARTISTECH, INC. of 282 Alpat Drive, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a building upon
premises commonly known as LOT 0-6 WOBURN ABBEY A VENUE, Township EAST PENNSBORO,
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated , recorded
at Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office for CUMBERLAND County,
Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached
hereto.
NOW, February 22, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by
any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded 'and described as follows, to wit:

thence along Country Club Road, South 10 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West, 132.57 feet to a
point; thence by a curve to the right having a radius of20.00 feet an arc length of25.62 feet to a
point; thence North 76 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, 33.77 feet to a point; thence byacurve
to the right having a radius of20.00 feet an arc length of 15.71 feet to a point; thence by a curve to
the left having a radius of 50.00 feet an arc length of29.65 feet to a point; thence along Lot 0-5,
North 11 degrees 03 minutes 41 seconds West, 119.37 feet to a point; thence along Lot 0-7, South
79 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East, 132.66 feet to a point on the western line of Country Club
Road, the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 15,214.31 square feet.
BEING Lot 0-6 as shown on the final subdivision pIan of Floribunda Heights, Phase n,
Section vrn and recorded in Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in PIan Book 74,
Page 33.
BEING a portion ofthe same premises which J. David Pealer, Wayne M. Pealer, Leroy A.
Pealer and Helen Pealer Hoffman conveyed unto Floribunda Associates Limited Partnership by Deed
" dated January 22, 1988, and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed
Book D, Volume 33, Page 952. .
