AND NOW, this_J�day of May, 2014, following a conference with
counsel, Seth T. Moseby, Esquire, representing the Estate and Stacy B. Wolf, Esquire,
representing the Objector, Patricia A. Bowser, which conference was requested by
counsel and it appearing that the parties have been unable to resolve the outstanding
matters through negotiation, we DIRECT counsel to use their best efforts to arrange for
mediation of this dispute. If the parties are unable to agree upon a mediator, counsel
shall advise the court and the court will schedule a hearing on this matter before
anotherjudge.
