DECREE
FOR SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE
PURSUANT TO 20 Pa. C.S.A Sec. 3102
AND NOW, this 2. 't Ii day of fvt ~/ b ~ 2005, upon consideration of the
attached Petition, it is ORDERED and ECREED that:
1. Esther M. Haaf's Farmers National Bank/Adams County National Bank
checking account number 193569 shall be released to Gertrude Thieroff
and Gertrude Thieroff may negotiate any miscellaneous checks for
refunds or reimbursements due Esther M. Haaf.
2. Gertrude Thieroff is aware of her obligations to collect Esther M. Haafs
assts; to satisfy Esther M. Haafs debts (including the obligation to file the
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return and to Pay any tax which may be
due on the assets passing under this Decree) and to dispose of Esther M.
Haaf's estate as set forth in the Petition filed with this Court; and
3. This Decree shall constitute sufficient authority to all transfer agents,
registrars, and others dealing with the property of Esther M. Haaf to
recognize Gertrude Thieroff as entitled to receive Esther M. Haaf's
property to be distributed without administration.
