In the event, however, that my said wife should predecease me, or should die at about the same time as I die, such as in a disaster common to both of us, or should die within thirty days from the date of my death, I give, devise and bequeath my estate to my sons in equal shares, Karl Eugene Dietz, of Mechanicsburg, PA. and Eric Bradford Dietz, of State College, PA. Should either of my said sons predecease me and be survived by children, then their children shall take their share per stirpes. Should, how- ever, either of my sons predecease me and not be survived by children, then his share shall be divided into three (3) equal parts. Two (2) parts of his so divided share shall go to his surviving brother or to his brother's issue per stirpes. One (1) part thereof shall go to his spouse should she survive. Should she not survive, then her one (1) part shall also go to my sur- viving son or to my surviving issue per stirpes. 4. In the event that any persons receiving shares in my estate shall be persons under the age of twenty-five (25) , I hereby appoint The First Bank and Trust Company to be the Trustee of the estates of such persons. Said Trustee shall have full dis- . , + ti cretionary authority to use principal as well as income for the payment of maintenance, support, education, medical and hospital expenses of said persons. Any net principal or income remaining after the exercise of such discretion shall be turned over to such persons upon their twenty-fifth (25th) birthdays. 5. I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, Hazel M. Dietz, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. If she should predecease me, or for any other reason fail to qualify as such Executrix, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Karl Eugene Dietz to be the Executor in her place and stead. If he should predecease me, or for any other reason fail to qualify as Executor, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Eric Bradford Dietz, to be the Executor in his place and stead. If he should predecease me, or for any other reason fail to qualify as Executor, then I nominate, constitute and appoint The First Bank and Trust Company to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. 6.
