RE: Auditor Appointment
PETITION FOR ADDITIONAL EXTENSION OF TIME
AND NOW, comes Robert P. Kline, Esquire, court-appointed auditor in the above-
captioned matter, who respectfully states as follows:
I. Robert P. Kline, Esquire, was appointed auditor in the above-captioned matter by
Order of the Honorable Thomas A. Placey on January 6, 2014.
2. Pursuant to Pennsylvania Orphans' Court Rule 8.2, the auditor is required to file
his report within ninety (90) days after his appointment. The Court had previously authorized an
extension of this requirement to 180 days. Said 180 days will expire on or about July 7, 2014.
3. Previous hearings in this matter scheduled for Monday, May 5, 2014, and
Monday, May 12, 2014, have been continued at the requestbf counsel for the parties.
4. The hearing in this matter is now scheduled for Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at 9:00
AM.
5. The Auditor hereby requests approximately sixty (60) days from the date of said
hearing in which to obtain the transcript from the hearing, prepare and submit his report.
WHEREFORE, in order to allow time for the auditor to obtain a transcript and prepare
his report following the hearing on June 24, 2014, as well as to account for any now unforeseen

delays or continuances,the auditor respectfully requests that this Court extend the limit
contained in Rule 8.2 in such manner that Auditor shall have until August 31, 2014, in which to
file his report with the Court.
