PETITION TO AMEND LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
TO THE HONORABLE LISA M. GRAYSON, REGISTER OF WILLS OF
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA:
COMES NOW, Henry and Beaver LLP, attorneys for Petitioner, Gregory David
Mattson, Executor of the above entitled Estate of Walter E. Mattson, a/k/a Walter
Eugene Mattson (the "Estate"), and respectfully represents as follows:
1. Walter E. Mattson, a/k/a Walter Eugene Mattson (the "Decedent") died
testate on March 20, 2013.
2. On June 13, 2013, Letters Testamentary were granted by the Register of
Wills in and for Cumberland County in the Estate of the Decedent to Gregory David
Mattson (the "Petitioner") at File No. 2013-00665.
3. Following issuance of the Letters Testamentary, the Petitioner discovered
the Decedent was previously known as Walter E. Maciejewski, attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" is a certified copy of the Order of Court, dated April
26, 1957, changing the Decedent's name from Walter E. Maciejewski to Walter E.
Mattson.
4. The Petitioner resides at 2579 Cove Circle, Atlanta, GA 30319 and is
unable to appear before the Register of Wills to take the Oath of Personal
Representative a second time.
5. The Petitioner asks the Register of Wills amend the Letters Testamentary
to include the Decedent's prior name of Walter E. Maciejewski.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Gregory David Mattson, Administrator of the above
entitled Estate prays that amended Letters Testamentary be issued to include the
Decedent's prior name of Walter E. Maciejewski.
