AND NOW, this 81h day of May 2014, following a conference call with parties
attorneys and it appearing that the real restate at issue is currently properly listed for
sale and there is an on-going estate matter regarding any missing trust fund monies, the
request to issue a decree for an account of administration of the Estate of Rena G. Burk
is held in abeyance pending the closing on the real estate property. Counsel are
directed to reasonable inform each other as to any updates with regard to the sale of
the real property and/or the action on the missing monies.
