Corrected Social Security Number
Dear Register Grayson:
On April 8, 2014, we submitted a Petition for Grant of Letters on
behalf of Executor Richard M. Lamarca for the above captioned matter, citing
the Social Security Number on Mrs. Murray's death certificate.
We have subsequently determined that the Social Security
Number on the death certificate was erroneous and that the decedent's Social
Security Number is
I am enclosing herewith a copy of Mrs. Murray's Social Security
card, as well as the corrected Local Registrar's Certification of Death
evidencing her correct Social Security Number.
