I, FRANK H. McMANUS, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania,�'e� of scnmd i— rn

and disposing mind, memory and understandir�g, do r�ereby declare this as and for m
Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills'and Codicils previously made
by me.
ITEM I: I direct that all of my just debts and expenses of my last
illness and funeral be paid from my estate as soon as convenient after my decease as a
part of the administration of my estate.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, whether real or
personal, or wheresoever the same may be situate, in equal shares to my sons, FRANK H.
McMANUS, JR. and MICHAEL C. McMANUS. In the event that either of my sons
should predecease me, then the share of the son that predeceases me shall be given to my
surviving son. In the event that both of my sons should predecease me, then I give,
devise and bequeath my entire estate, whether real or personal, or wheresoever the same
may be situate, to my daughter, WENDY L. McMANUS.
ITEM III: In the event that my son, MICHAEL C. McMANUS, shall be
a minor at the time of my death, the I appoint his mother, MARSHA DUTTON, as
guardian of the estate for him.
ITEM IV: If my son, MICHAEL C. McMANUS, is under the age of
eighteen (l 8j at the time at which distribution of any property devised aYid beq�uea�n�d
by this Will would otherwise be made to him, the executor/executrix shall distribute all
such property to the guardian of the estate of such beneficiary herein named.
The guardian shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest any
property received by the guardian (whether under this Will or otherwise), shall collect the

income thereof, and shall apply so much of the net income and, if the net income is
insufficient, so much of the principal of the properiy held for such beneficiary as the
guardian shall deem necessary or available for such beneficiary's health, maintenance,
support and complete education.
The guardian shall accumulate any surplus net income
annually and add the same to the principal of the property held for my son, MICHAEL
McMANUS.
When MICHAEL attains the age of eighteen (18) years, the
guardian shall distribute to MICHAEL all property held by the guardian for his benefit.
If MICHAEL dies before attaining the age of eighteen (18)
years, the guardian shall distribute any funds remaining in the hands of the guardian to
my son, FRANK H. McMANUS, JR., if he is living. If my son, FRANK H.
McMANUS, JR. is not living then these funds shall be payable to my daughter, WENDY
L. McMANUS.
ITEM V: In the event that both my sons, FRANK H. McMANUS, JR.
and MICHAEL C. McMANUS, and my daughter, WENDY L. McMANUS predecease
me, then I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, whether real or personal,
wheresoever the same may be situate, to my former spouse, MARSHA DUTTON.
ITEM VI: I nominate, constitute and appoint MARSHA DUTTON as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testa.ment.
ITEM VII: It is hereby directed that my Executrix shall pay all
inheritance, estate, succession and legacy taxes to which my estate for the transfer of any
property hereunder may be subject, and to charge such taxes as a part of the expense of
the administration, payable out of my residuary estate.
ITEM VIII: I direct that no Executor or other fiduciary named, nominated
or appointed in this my Last Will and Testament shall be required to post any bond or

give any security of any type for any purpose whatsoever, any law or rule of the Court of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction to the contrary
notwithstanding.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this �h day

Shonda A. Sterner , the Testator and the witnesses, respectively, whose names
are signed to the attached or foregoing instrument, being first duly sworn and qualified
according to law, do hereby declare to the undersigned authority that we were present and
saw the Testator sign and execute the instrument as his Last Will and Testament and that he
signed willingly(or willingly directed another to sign for him), and that he executed it as his
free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed, and that each of the witnesses, in
the presence and hearing of the Testator, signed the Will as witnesses and that to the best of
his or her knowledge the Testator was at that time eighteen (18) years of age or older, of
sound mind and under no constraint or undue influence, and I, the said Testator, do hereby
