Hostetler, an adult individual, re- siqing at 517 Herman Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made. I. It is my will that all my Just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid. II. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property to Fred E. Hostetler, Jr., my husband, absolutely, provided that he survives me for a period of three (3) calendar months. III. In the event that my husband predeceases me or dies within three (3) calendar months after my death, I then hereby give, devise and bequeath all the said rest, residue and remainder of my property to my children living at the time of my death, share and share alike, absolutely, subject to the provisions hereinafter con- tained. IV. I direct that the legacy or share of the real estate or personal estate falling to my said children under the provisions of this will shall be retained, invested or sold by my Trustee in Trust to apply such parts of the income and principal thereof, in the sole 1:Jfa(/ e :2/ ~~ Page 2 discretion of my Trustee, as may be necessary for the maintenance and education of my said children and any balance remaining in the hands of my Trustee shall be paid to the said children upon their attaining the age of twenty-one (21) years. 1 direct that such payments for maintenance and education shall be made without the intervention of a guardian and the receipt of such person as may be selected by my Trustee to disburse the same shall be a sufficient acquittance and my Trustee is hereby in- vested with power to sell, assign, transfer, pledge, mortgage, lease, manage, control, retain, invest and reinvest the corpus of the said trust and such securities and other property as shall be deemed proper without being restricted to investments known as legal invest- ments or legal securities for fiduciaries under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. V. 1 hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Cumberland County National Bank and Trust Company, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, completely, guardian of my said children, in the event that they be minors at the time of my death, in all of the instances listed in Section 18 (b) of the Wills Act of 1947 as amended and in all other instances where 1 am authorized by law or permitted to do so. My said guardian shall have the same powers and purposes to deal with the corpus of the said guardianship as my said Trustee in the next preceding paragraph. VI. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Cumberland County National Bank and Trust Company, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, completely, as my said Trustee in Trust. VIII. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, Fred E. Hostetler, Jr., as the sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I direct that he shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act. In the event that the said Fred E. Hostetler, Jr. refuses or is unable to act for any reason, I then hereby nominate, constitute and appoint completely, as the sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament. My white gold engagement ring containing one large round center diamond and one smaller diamond on either side (the large center stone is chipped). 2. My matching white gold wedding band containing five small, round diamonds. 3. My white gold wedding band containing the diamonds that were in my first set of wedding rings and were reset int~ a white gold band. The ring contains a large center diamond and three small round diamonds on either side, and six diamond chips bn either side of the small round diamonds. SECOND: I give and bequeath to my daughter, Sandra K. Updegraff, my cocktail-style diamond ring consisting of fifteen diamonds and a center diamond weighing .16 carats, mounted in 14K white gold. THIRD: I hereby delete Paragraph VIII of my said Last Will and Testament and replace it with the following: I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, Fred E. Hostetler, Jr., to be the Executor of this my Last will and Testament.
