AND NOW, this 15th day of May, 2014, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Michael E. Heffernan, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for
probate as his Last Will and Testament, which is dated January 14, 2014, and containing a
modification thereon, the Register of Wilts having given consideration thereto, has made an
official determination regarding that modification and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and
Testament of John W. Guilliams. The modification to Section FOURTH changing the name Travis
to Clarence is also admitted to probate.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Michael E.
Heffern_ pn this date. Michael E. Heffernan shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under
