Dear Margie:
Consistent with our discussion from Thursday, I resubmit the inheritance tax payment from the Estate
of Dorothy M. Taylor. As you see, we are referencing the previously assigned Dauphin County file
number, but please understand that the decedent was last domiciled in Cumberland County. The
purpose of making the payment alone is to avoid imposition of any penalty as a result of a late
payment. For that reason, I enclose an extra copy of this letter and ask that you timestamp it and
return it to me in the enclosed stamped, addressed envelope.

Dear Ms. Maffei:
As per the letter from Michael L. Solomon Esquire, which you will find enclosed, the
above referenced estate was assigned a Dauphin County file number for tax purposes only. It is
my understanding that the estate was not probated and that no letters have been granted.
Mr. Solomon feels the correct county should be Cumberland and is taking steps to
transfer the record to us. In the meanwhile, we have accepted a tax payment from Susan C.
Brady so that the payment would be made within the discount period. You will find Receipt No.
CD 005130 also enclosed.
