OF PROCEEDINGS AFFECTING CHARITABLE INTERESTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the First and Final Account and Statement
of Proposed Distribution of Susan D. Craig, Executrix of the Estate of
Nancy R. Donley, was filed in the Cumberland County Register of Wills
Office on May 16 , 2014 . In the absence of exceptions to the Account, it
will be called for audit by the Court at 9 : 30 A.M. on Tuesday, June 17,
2014 .
A copy of the First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed
Distribution is attached hereto. A copy of the Will of the decedent is
also enclosed herewith.
