AND NOW, this 13th day of May 2014, upon consideration of Appeal Pursuant to
42 Pa.C.S. §933(a)(1)(vi), a hearing is scheduled for 30 June 2014 2014 at 9:30 a.m.
in Courtroom Number Six of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
A Prehearing Conference will be held on 5 June 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the Jury
Deliberation Room of Courtroom Number Six of the Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the conference will be to narrow
the hearing issues, identify all the parties and counsel for said parties.
Petitioner shall serve this Order and the Appeal upon all interested parties,
including any other beneficiary's under Decedent's Will and the Pennsylvania
Department of Revenue.
