CERTIFICATION OF NOTICE UNDER RULE 6.3 AND LOCAL RULE 6.3
I certify that written notice of the filing and scheduled audit of the First and Final
Account, and Petition for Adjudication, including the notice of the date and place of presentation
of the account for audit and the deadline for filing objections, and a Proposed Schedule of
Distribution has been given at least twenty days prior to the date fixed for the presentation to
every unpaid claimant who has given written notice of a claim to the accountant and to every
other person known to the accountant to have or to claim an interest in the estate as beneficiary,
creditor, heir or next of kin, and of the questions detailed in Item 13 of the Petition for
Adjudication, including reserves for counsel fee, last expenses of Settlor/Decedent (including
payment of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax), filing fee, and Trustees closing fee and tax
preparation fee for the above-referenced Trust, as required by Rule 6.3 and Rule L63 was mailed
via first class mail to the following parties in interest on May 15, 2014:

NOTICE UNDER RULE 6.3 AND LOCAL RULE 6.3
Notice is hereby given that Wells Fargo Bank,N.A., Accountant and Trustee of the Alma
H. Engle Trust Under Agreement Dated January 6, 1989, filed a Petition for Adjudication, a First
and Final Account for the period of January 20, 1989 to March 31, 2014 ("Account") and a
Proposed Schedule of Distribution with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania on or before May 16, 2014. The Account is available for inspection at the Register
of Wills/Clerk of Orphans' Court Office of Cumberland County, Cumberland County Courthouse
-One Courthouse Square, Suite 102, Carlisle, PA 17013.
The Account will be transmitted by the Clerk to the Court for audit and confirmation at
the offices of the Court Administrator, Courtroom 1, Cumberland County Courthouse on
Tuesday, June 17, 2014, and the Account may be confirmed absolute without further notice if
no objections are filed by 9:00 am on that date.
The Trustee/Accountant proposed distribution to the beneficiaries of the Estate of Alma
H. Engle, proportionately per the terms of the Will of Alma H. Engle. The Trustee reasonably
believes that the payment of PA Inheritance Tax is properly allocable to the principal of the Trust
and a reserve of$32,500 is requested as stated on Page 5 of the Petition for Adjudication.'
Notice is hereby given of additional $21,900 for legal fees, $65,000 to pay the final
expenses of the Settlor/Decedent and PA Inheritance Tax, $750.00 for filing fee, $1,000 for
Trustee's closing fee and $500 to Trustee for tax preparation fee as stated Page 8, Item 18 of the
Petition for Adjudication.
If you have any objection to any transaction or matter involving the Alma H. Engle
Trust, including but not limited to the Questions in Items 9, 12 and 13 of the Petition for
Adjudication, you must file written objections with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court no
later than 9:00 am on Tuesday,June 17,2014.
If you fail to present Objections, the Court may assume you have no objection to the
Account. You are not required to take any action if you have no objections.
