AFFIDAVIT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
The Affiant/Administrator, Trudy Mintz ("Mintz") by and through her attorneys, Mette,
Evans & Woodside, P.C., respectfully files this Affidavit of Personal Representative as follows:
l. The Decedent, Dorothy Marietta a/k/a Dorothy J. Marietta, deceased
("Decedent") died on May 13, 2008 a resident of Sierra County, New Mexico.
2. I petitioned for and obtained Ancillary Letters of Administration from this Court
in order to preserve rights I believed the Decedent's Estate may have had in real property in this
jurisdiction arising out of a dispute between the Decedent's Estate and the Decedent's Power of
Attorney pending in New Mexico.
3. The proceedings in New Mexico terminated in favor of the Decedent's Power of
Attorney.
4. Accordingly, the Decedent's Estate has no interest in any real or personal
property located in this jurisdiction and that the above-captioned Estate should be closed.
I affirm that the forgoing statements are true and correct. I understand that false
statements herein are made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S. §4904 relating to unsworn
falsification to authorities.
