Richard M. Lamarca, Executor, of the above Estate, by his
attorneys Strokoff Cowden, P.C., hereby moves that the Decedent's Social
Security Number in the records of this case be corrected, averring in support
thereof as follows:
1. On April 8, 2014, Richard M. Lamarca presented a Petition
for Grant of Letters for the Estate of Dorothy Louise Murray, a/k/a D. Louise
Murray, who passed away on March 19, 2014.
2. In reliance on the Local Registrar's Certification of Death
issued on March 23, 2014, in said Petition for Grant of Letters, your Petitioner
set forth as the Decedent's Social Security Number
3. However, subsequent to the Register of Wills granting of
Letters Testamentary, Richard M. Lamarca ascertained that the Social Security
Number appearing on the Local Registrar's Certification of Death was incorrect,
and that the Decedent's correct Social Security Number was
(Copy of Decedent's Social Security card attached as Exhibit A hereto).

4. The Executor brought this error to the Local Registrar's
attention, who amended the Local Registrar's Certification of Death, attached
as Exhibit B hereto.
WHEREFORE, the Executor requests that the records of this case
in the Register of Wills Office be corrected to reflect that the Decedent's Social
Security Number is
