DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 20th day of May, 2014, upon consideration of the Motion to Correct
Social Security Number filed by Richard M. Lamarca through his attorney, Elliot A.
Strokoff, Esquire which included a corrected Death Certificate, IT IS DECREED that the
probate record shall be amended to reflect the correct Social Security Number of the
decedent, Dorothy Louise Murray a/k/a D. Louise Murray, as listed on the corrected Death
Certificate and that the Register of Wills shall notify the Pennsylvania Department of
Revenue, Inheritance Tax Division of the change to the estate record.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon return of the original Grant of Letters
Testamentary, an amended Grant of Letters shall be issued.
