SUNDAY, of the Township of Middlesex, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills, codicils and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as practicable after my decease all my legally enforceable debts and the expenses of my last illness and burial. 2. ." .r p ".. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand ($250,000.00) Dollars unto e~?h of my children, Darrell F. Sunday, Douglas D. Sunday and Deborah A. Mills. 3. C') (/-'1 I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, unto my wife, Gwendolyn D. Sunday, absolutely. 4. Should my wife, Gwendolyn D. Sunday, predecease me, then and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate unto my said children, Darrell F. Sunday, Douglas D. Sunday and Deborah A. Mills, equally, share and share alike. 5. I appoint my son, Douglas D. Sunday, guardian of any property which passes, either under this Will or otherwise, to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor's education (including post high school education), support and welfare, or to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor, to the parent of the minor or to any person taking care of the minor. 6. I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Gwendolyn D. Sunday, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. Should my said wife fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I hereby appoint my son, Darrell F. Sunday, Executor ofthis my Last Will. 7. I direct that my personal representative and guardian, as well as their successor, shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance oftheir duties in any jurisdiction.
