BETWEEN: MARK L. KUGLER, MARK R. KUGLER, and SAMUEL R. KUGLER, heirs-at-
law of the Estate of Beth A. Kugler, hereafter known as RELEASORS;
AND: MARK L. KUGLER, Administrator of the Estate of Beth A. Kugler, hereafter
known as RELEASEE.
WHEREAS, Beth A. Kugler, late of Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
died on December 11, 2012, intestate; and
WHEREAS, Letters of Administration were granted on March 4, 2013, by the Register of Wills,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Mark L. Kugler to Estate File No. 21-13-0081, and duly
advertised in the Cumberland Law Journal and The News Chronicle; and
WHEREAS, the Releasors have had all questions, legal issues and concerns answered during the
course of the administration of this estate and have no present questions or concerns whatsoever;
and
WHEREAS, based on the above, the said Releasors now wish to waive the filing of a formal First
and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that, in order to facilitate the closing
of the estate and to save the court fees and legal expenses which would be incurred by the filing of
a formal First and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division
of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by the attorney for the
estate, and in consideration of the settlement of the estate by the Releasors, the undersigned
Releasors do hereby approve the settlement and do excuse Mark L. Kugler, Administrator, from
any duty to file a formal First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution with the

Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, or
in any other jurisdiction; the undersigned do further release, remise, quitclaim and forever
discharge Mark L. Kugler of and from all liabilities, suits, actions, claims and Demands for or by
reason of his administration of the Estate of Beth A. Kugler.
