WHEREAS, Silver Spring Township Authority, on October 12, 2004, filed its claim in
our Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County at Municipal Claim No. 04-5145 MLD, for
the sum of $3,559.55, plus additional attorneys fees and costs incurred thereafter, for sewer rents
due the said Silver Spring Township Authority, said Claim filed against property owned by you
in Silver Spring Township, located at 7 Birch Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050, as
more particularly described in said Claim, and said property being further described in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 147, Page
466, tax parcel #38-19-1610-021, owned or reputed to be owned by you;
AND WHEREAS, we have been given to understand that said Claim is still due and
unpaid, and remains a lien against the said property;

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land located in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the northeast comer of Lot No. 19 of Silver Spring Development
Company, which point of beginning is located on the southern side of a thirty-three (33) foot
right of way in Silver Spring Development, which right-of-way runs parallel to Carlisle Pike,
Route No. 11, thence, along the division line of Lot Nos. 18 and 19 of Silver Spring
Development South three (3) degrees fifteen (15) minutes West one hundred twenty-four and
sixty-five one-hundredths (124.65) feet to a point; thence along the division line of Lot Nos. 15
