PARTIAL DISCLAIMER OF CLAIRE WONG CREGO
TO: Geoffrey B. Crego, Trustee
I, Christine Dixon, as Guardian of Claire Wong Crego, an incapacitated person,
hereby state that:
1. Janet B. Crego (the "Decedent") died on December 25, 2005.
2. Decedent, during her lifetime, established the Janet M. Crego Five Year
Trust Dated October 17, 1997 (the "Trust").
3. Pursuant to the dispositive provisions set forth in Article Seventh,
subparagraph B of the Trust, Claire Wong Crego is entitled to a one-third ('/a) interest in
twenty-five percent (25%) of the Trust estate at the time of Decedent's death.
4. The Cumberland County Orphans' Court, by its Order dated February 21,
2006, docketed to Case No. 21-05-0056, declared Claire Wong Crego to be a fully
incapacitated person, and appointed the undersigned as the plenary guardian of Claire
Wong Crego's estate and person.
5. As Guardian of Claire Wong Crego, I hereby exercise the rights granted in
Chapter 62 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa. C.S.A. §§6201-6027,
and hereby disclaim Claire Wong Crego's interest in the Trust in all but Forty-Seven
Thousand Dollars ($47,000.00). Such disclaimed interest shall include all rights and
ownership of any interest and/or dividends accrued on the disclaimed portion of the
Trust funds.
6. 1 hereby affirm that no part of the aforementioned interest, or its benefit,
has been accepted by me on behalf of Claire Wong Crego.
7. This Disclaimer has been provided to the trustee of the Trust as provided
