AND NOW, this 28th day of May, 2014, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant
of Letters filed by Darryl J. Schreffler, for the above decedent and an instrument offered
for probate, IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will
and Testament of Fern E. Schreffler as shall be considered to be dated January 9, 2008.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Darryl
J. Schreffler, this date. He shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws
of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
