AND NOW, this 31 St day of March 2005, upon consideration of the Petition to Revoke Letters
Testamentary filed by Winifred E. Kivler and Gary 1. Koppenheffer, Co-Executors in the Estate of the
above-named Decedent and the Renunciation signed on February 16, 2005 by Gary J. Koppenheffer, it is
hereby ordered that Letters Testamentary which were granted on January 19th, 2005 are hereby revoked.
Winifred E. Kivler may proceed with the filing of a revised Petition for Grant of Letters.
