Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02 -04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township Ordinance No. 99 -6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. The Aareement states that you are responsible ble to pay a minimum of $100.00 per month on the arrears and also keep up with the amount billed for the current quarter. To date we have received several payments from you covering October 2013 through January 2014, which total $657.00. According to our records you have not kept up with the Agreement terms. Therefore, within five (5) days from the receipt of this notification you are required to resume the payment arrangements stated in the Payment Agreement and pay the outstanding agreement amount of 410.00, or the Authority will resume the lien process against your property.
