for Grant of Letters, filed on May 28, 2014, and having received no response to the Citation
issued on May 7, 2014, to show cause why Letters of Administration c.t.a. should not be issued
to Sylvia A. Waters as the administrator of the Estate of Frank E. Byers, deceased, IT IS HEREBY
DECREEDthat the document dated August 18, 1983, is admitted to probate as the Last Will
and Testament of Frank A. Byers and that Letters of Administration c.t.a are hereby issued
to Sylvia A, Waters.
Sylvia A. Waters shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
