The Decedent, who resided at 1749 South Highland Avenue Apt No. C-12, Clearwater,
Florida, died on December 8, 2013. Written notice of said claim was given to Jeffrey L.
Cutchall, Executor, at 1933 Sterretts Gap Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 on May 22,
2014.
