NANCY ANTHONY, DECEASED
In consideration of the proposed Schedule of Distribution to the undersigned, and
agreeing to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned individually and on behalf of the
undersigned's heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns does hereby:
1. Declare that as Executrix, I have kept a true, complete, correct and
accurate accountings of the principal, income and expenses of the Estate and that the
remaining balance should be distributed in equal shares to the legatees;
2. Warrant to the best of my knowledge that Sharon Wang, Ronald D.
Anthony, Richard H. Anthony, Jr. and John M. Anthony are the sole parties in interest in
the estate and entitled to receive the entire distribution thereof;
3. Warrant that the undersigned knows of no outstanding and unsatisfied
claims against the estate and authorizes the distribution of the balance of principal and
income to the legatees;
4. Authorize Frey and Tiley to file a report with the Register of Wills
certifying that the estate settlement has been completed with final accounting provided
to the legatees; and
4. Absolutely and irrevocably release and discharge Frey and Tiley, its
successors and assigns of and from any and all actions, liabilities, claims and demands
relating in any way to its representation of the Executrix in certain matters related to the
settlement of the Estate;
