Orphans' Court Division Cumberland County Courthouse Carlisle, Pa. 17013 Dear Lisa; In response to your citation letter dated May 29, 2014. l feel that, because of the past history with my siblings regarding our mothers care and well being, Mr. Shaun O'Toole, Esq. would be the best choice in moving forward with our mothers' estate. Since our mothers' dementia was diagnosed in February 2010 as needing 24/7 professional care, in the past four years we as siblings have not agreed on our mothers' care, placement for dementia, monetary issues, or how her belongs were to be disbursed. I feel that an impartial party such as Mr. O'Toole would be in the best interest of expediting the finalization of our mothers' estate in an honest and knowledgeable fashion.
