Griffie, Esquire, and the law firm of Griffie & Associates, P.C., and petitions the Court as follows: 1. Your Petitioner is Paul C. Mulder, an adult individual currently residing at 55 East Penn Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Your Petitioner is the Executor of the estate of his brother, Thomas G. Mulder, who passed away on December 5, 2012. 3. Your Petitioner was appointed Executor of the estate of Thomas G. Mulder by the Register of Wills of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County on September 24, 2013. 4. Due to this being a nearly insolvent estate, your Petitioner filed a Petition for Settlement of a Small Estate on April 30, 2014, which caused an Order to be issued on May 1, 2014, a copy of said Order being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit"A". ,.,�, c� � . �o �'� r.i 5. The Court's Order of May 1, 2014 gave the various Respondents 20 days to respond, which, considering three (3) days mailing time, would have required a response to be filed no later than June 2, 2014. 7. June 2, 2014 has passed and no Answer has been filed by any of the Respondents. WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests your Honorable Court to enter an Order on the within Petition making the prior Rule absolute and, thereby, providing that there shall be no distribution to heirs from this estate and that, with the exception of payment of$63.76 to Carlisle Regional Medical Center, the named creditors and collection representatives' claims shall be extinguished, voided and vacated, thereby, terminating all collection activity relative to said debts or claimed debts of the decedent.
