Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, dated March 26, 2014, admitting to probate a certain
writing dated Apri124, 2012, as the will of George W. Howard, Deceased, should not be
sustained and the decree of the Register of Wills be opened to permit the Register to receive and
act upon a petition for probate of an earlier writing dated November 24, 2009, as the will of
George W. Howard, deceased.
