AND NOW, this day of June, 2014, comes Sean M. Shultz, Es uire,
attorney for the estate of John E. Baker, and presents this Petition to Withdraw as
Counsel of Record, representing as follows:
1. Petitioner is Sean M. Shultz, Esquire, attorney for the Estate of John E.
Baker, with offices at Saidis, Sullivan & Rogers, 26 West High Street, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. John E. Baker departed this life on June 8, 2008.
3. On July 18, 2008, his daughter-in-law, Deborah Jo Baker was appointed as
Executrix of his estate.
4. Deborah Jo Baker is an adult individual residing at 101 Walnut Street,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
5. Petitioner has had to file suit against Deborah Jo Baker for payment of
Lew Offices of
Saiclis fees in a separate individual matter, and Petitioner can no longer represent the Estate.
Sullivan 6. Petitioner wishes to withdraw his appearance as the Estate's counsel of

7. No Judge has been assigned to this matter.
