Richard Godfrey's Motion for Continuance and without objection by Debra Maugans it is
directed as follows:
1. The proceeding previously scheduled for June 9, 2014 is continued to

2. In the meantime, Debra J. Maugans shall not make distributions associated with
the assets of the Estate to herself or any other party without written agreement between both
beneficiaries or further Order of Court. Nor shall Debra J. Maugans use the real estate associated
with the Estate to secure any loan or otherwise encumber the real estate with any lean and/or
contract pending written agreement between both beneficiaries or further Order of Court; these
provisions are not intended to prevent Ms. Maugans from utilizing estate assets for the payment
of debt and administration costs (with exception to an administrator's fee at this time) associated
with the Estate.
