AND NOW, this ` b� day of , 2014 upon consideration of the
Petition By Personal Representative Approving Purchase of Decedent's Real Estate Pursuant to
20 Pa.C.S.A. §3356, and in further consideration of the Consent of Dennis M. Wire and Nicole
R. Wieger, who, together with the Petitioner, Renee K. Kepler, are the only beneficiaries and
residual beneficiaries under the Last Will and Testament of Harry C. Wire,to the Petition, it is
hereby ORDERED that the sale of Decedent's real estate located at 1227 York Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania to Renee K. Kepler and her husband, G. Scott Kepler, for the
purchase price of$70,500.00 is hereby approved.
It is also ORDERED that given the consent of all the beneficiaries and other parties in
interest, and given that there will be no unpaid creditors, notice of the filing of this Petition shall
not be required. In addition, no security will be required of the Petitioner with respect to the
purchase of Decedent's real estate.
