�VAND NOW, this 10th day of June 2014, upon consideration of the Petition to
Make a Finding and Decree of Absentee Death, it is hereby ORDERED that Petitioner
SHALL advertise notice of these proceedings in both a newspaper of general circulation
and the legal journal of Buffalo, New York, and Phoenix, Arizona. The notice SHALL be
published once a week for four consecutive weeks, commencing the week of 18 July
2014.
A HEARING on the Petition shall be held on 4 August 2014, at 11:00 a.m., in
Courtroom Number Six of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania. The notice SHALL state the date of the scheduled hearing in which the
Court will hear evidence concerning the alleged absence, including the circumstances
and duration thereof.
