I direct that all taxes that may be assessed as a consequence of my death shall be paid from my residuary estate as part of the expenses of the administration of my estate. 2. All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give; devise and bequeath to KIM SLAUGHTER. In the event KIM SLAUGHTER should predecease me, I give all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, to BECKY RATHFON. 3. 1 am not unmindful of my children, KENNETH BEAMS, MARK BEAMS,JAMIE TYSON and BRADY LEE CORNMAN. It is my express intention that none of my children share as beneficiaries in this my Last Will and Testament. 4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint KIM SLAUGHTER as Executrix under this my Last Will and Testament. In the event she should predecease me, fail to qualify or cease to act in such capacity, I nominate, constitute and appoint BECKY RATHFON as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
