PETITION TO GRANT LETTERS OF
ADMINISTRATION C.T.A.
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
Julie L. Simmons, your Petitioner, files this Petition to Grant Letters of Administration
C.T.A. and in support thereof avers that:
(1) Your Petitioner, Julie L. Simmons is a competent adult residing at 954 Brick
Church Road, Enola, Pennsylvania 17025, and is the mother of the above
decedent.
(2) Maxwell N. Duesterhoeft died on March 22, 2014 at the age of 21 years, but prior
thereto lived and was domiciled at 954 Brick Church Road, Enola, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
(3) On April 11, 2014, a Petition for Grant of Letters was submitted to the Register of
Wills.
(4) On April 16, 2014, a Citation was issued to the Decedent's father, Scott S.
Duesterhoeft to show cause why Letters of Administration C.T.A. should not be
granted to Julie L. Simmons.
(5) No response was filed by the Decedent's father, Scott S. Duesterhoeft, within the
twenty(20) days of service of the Citation.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests that Letters of Administration
C.T.A. be granted to Petitioner pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code.
