She acknowledged signing the Will of Bessie Mable Deiss as a witness . 6. Dianna L. Stone reported that she was in Sarasota, Florida and had no plans or date certain to return to Pennsylvania as she was caring for an ill relative. 7 . Dianna L. Stone is not readily available . 8 . Through conversations with the current administration of the Church of God Home, it was determined that Dorothy L. Ward was no longer employed by the Home and that she no longer resided in Pennsylvania . 9. The Affiant spoke by telephone with co-witness Dianna L. Stone on June 5, 2014, who reported that Dorothy L. Ward had moved to the state of Connecticut but had no address or contact information. 10 . Affiant searched the telephone records, voter records and performed internet searches and was unable to locate any further information in regard to Dorothy L. Ward. 11 . Dorothy L.
