STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
Whereas,Andrew J.Brown,Jr.and Amanda E.Brown(Owners),the owners of the real estate
described herein, is about to execute herewith a contract with Landmark Homes
(Contractor)whose principal place of business is located at Ephrata,PA for the construction of a single
family dwelling home situate at 110 Simmons Creek Lane,Enola,PA, in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County as more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit"A"attached hereto and made a
part hereof; and
Now,therefore,this day of June, 2014,at the time of and immediately before execution of the
principal contract,and before any authority has been given by the Owner to commence work on the said
single family dwelling home, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Landmark Homes and the further consideration of One Dollar to Landmark Homes
paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the single family dwelling home by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor,nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchases, or extra labor materials purchased for the erection of said building,the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
In Witness Whereof,each of the parties,by their dully authorized representatives, have hereunto
executed this Stipulation Against Liens this day and year aforesaid.
