• The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedenYs lineal beneficiaries is 4.5 percent,except as noted in[72 P.S.§9116(a)(1)].
• The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedenYs siblings is 12 percent [72 P.S.�9116(a)(1.3)]. A sibling is defined,
under Section 9102,as an individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent,whether by blood or adoption.

PURPOSE OF APPRAISAL: The reason for tlus appraisal is to grade and estimate
the value of this jewelry for Fair Market Value. The value of the property is the
price at which such property would change hands between a willing buyer and a
willing seller, neither being under any compulsion to buy or sell,and both having
reasonable knowledge of relevant facts. The value of a particular item of property
is not the price that a forced sale of the property would produce. Nor is the Fair
Market Value an item of property the sale price in a market other than that in
which such item is most commonly sold to the public, taking into account the
location of the item wherever appropriate.
Because the grading was done in the mounting, all grades and measurements are
estimated to the extent the mounting allows using GIA standards and measurements.
1. ITEM DESCRIPTION: This diamond solitaire engagement ring is stamped
14KT two-tone gold and has the hallmark ��Keepsake'. The round brilliant cut
diamond is in a four prong white gold setting with a yellow gold shank. The ring is
a size 51/z.
ITEM EVALUATION: This round brilliant cut diamond measures an average
6.26 mm and weighs .86 CT. The table measures 4.0 mm and is 63%. There is a
medium to slightly thick girdle and no fluorescence. It is VS2
(Very Slightly Included 2) in clarity and G (near colorless)in color. The ring weighs
1.45 DWT and has worn prongs and a thinning shank.
FAIR MARKET VALUE: $3,439.00
2. ITEM DESCRIPTION: These two wedding bands are stamped 14KT yellow
gold. One has the hallmark ��Keepsake" and measures 4.0 mm. It weighs
2.35 DWT and is a size 51/a. The other band has the hallmark"Artcarved" and
measures 1.6 mm. It weighs .80 DWT and is a size 51/a.

bezel setting. The marquise dentrite crystal measures 19.0 mm x 6.0 mm and is
green in color. The ring weighs 1.3 DWT and is a size 51/a.

4. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Tlus coral ring is 14KT yellow gold. The oval pink coral
is in a bezel setting and measures 12.0 mm x 5.0 mm. The ring weighs 1.85 DWT
and is a size 71/�.

5. ITEM DESCRII'TION: This synthetic blue star sapplure ring is lOKT yellow
gold. The oval star sapphire is in a four prong wrap around setting and measures
5.0 mm x 7.0 mm. There is a prong set.03 CT melee accent diamond on one side.
The ring weighs 1.7 mm and is a size 71/�. The bottom of the shank is very thin from
wear.

6. ITEM DESCRIPTION: These two onyx rings are lOKT gold. There is a white
gold rectangular onyx ring measuring 12.0 mm x 9.0 mm in a half bezel setting. It
weighs 2.0 DWT and is a size 71/z. The other oval onyx ring is prong set and the
stone measures 16.0 mm x 12.0 mm. It weighs 1.8 DWT and is a size 71/a.

blue synthetic stone in a prong setting.
