PETITION OF WAYNE F. SHADE, ESQUIRE,
FOR ORDER EXTENDING APPOINTMENT AS AUDITOR
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
1. The Petition of Wayne F. Shade, Esquire, for Extension of Appointment as
Auditor was filed on May 6, 2014.
2. On May 7, 2014, a citation was issued upon all interested parties to show cause
why the relief requested should not be granted.
3. On May 13, 2014, the Petition and citation were served upon all interested
parties.
4. No objections have been filed to the Petition.
WHEREFORE, the Auditor respectfully requests an order extending his
appointment until December 31, 2014.
