1. Orrstown Bank is Guardian of the Estate of Glen H. Stone�r� � � o

2. On May 16, 2014 Orrstown Bank filed a Petition for Adjudication and
Statement of Proposed Distribution of Account.
3. A confirmation hearing is scheduled for June 17, 2014.
4. The Estate of Glen H. Stoner, Sr. objects to the following invoices for
payments of counsel fees to Martson Law Offices because they are more properly related
to the administration of the Glen H. Stoner Irrevocable Trust Dated March 30, 2004 and
should be paid out of the Trust and not the Estate;
a. January 6, ZOl 4 in the amount of$628.00;
b. February 4, 2014 in the amount of$654.00;
c. February 28, 2014 in the amount of$2,142.00 and;
d. March 31, 2014 in the amount of$168.00

5. The Estate of Glen H. Stoner believes and therefore avers that these
invoices, totaling $3,592.00, are related to the administration of the Trust and should not
be paid from the estate but Glen H. Stoner Irrevocable Trust Dated March 30, 2004.
WHEREFORE, the Estate of Glen H. Stoner, Sr. respectfully requests that the
Court deny approval of the requested disbursements to counsel to the extent they are
more properly related to the administration of the Glen H. Stoner Irrevocable Trust Dated
March 30, 2004.
