I, JOHN V. SENISE, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I. 1 direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM II. 1 nominate, constitute and appoint Fulton
Financial Advisors, N.A., to be and act as my sole Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament. No personal representative or fiduciary appointed herein shall be required to
post bond or give any security.
ITEM III. I authorize my Executor to give the
following specific gifts:
A. Five Hundred {$500.00} Dollars to Ruth Mihalov, of Summerdale,
Pennsylvania;
B. One Thousand {$1,000.00} Dollars to Ruby Lilly, of Summerdale,
Pennsylvania;
C. One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to Robert Sudnick, of Wilkes-Barre,
Pennsylvania;
D. One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to St. Casimer's Church, Shenandoah,
Pennsylvania, in remembrance of the Sudnick and Senise Families, in masses, at the
discretion of the pastor of the Church;
E. My registered mosaic of Our Lady of Perpetual Help to Good Shepherd
Catholic Church, Trindle Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania;
F. The organ in my home shall be given to the Good Shepherd Catholic Church,
Trindle Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania;
G. My glass stein, Bell collection and curio cabinet to my niece, Alexandra
Haskell, of Falls Church, Virginia;
H. I give unto my niece, Judy Simon, of Glenshaw, Pennsylvania, such items of
household goods and furnishings in my home in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, as she desires,
from those items not specifically gifted.
ITEM IV. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, unto the following:
A. Ten (10%) percent of my residuary estate unto St. Patrick's Cathedral,
State Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania;
B. Thirty (30%) percent of my residuary estate unto Jean McGowan,
R.N., of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, if she survives my death, who so graciously
attended to my needs during illness and recovery from my surgeries, of which I am
deeply grateful, given the fact she would not accept any financial compensation;
C. Forty (40%) percent of my residuary estate unto my niece, Judy
Simon, of Glenshaw, Pennsylvania, provided she survives my death. In the event
Judy does not survive me, I give Forty (40%) percent of my residuary estate unto
her brother, Robert Simon, provided he survives my death;
D. The balance of my residuary estate unto Good Shepherd Catholic
Church, Trindle Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, under the provision that at least

Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars should be spent in remembrance of John and
Leona Senise in masses, at the discretion of the pastor of the Church.
ITEM V. It is hereby directed that my Executor,
hereinabove named, shall pay all inheritance, state, succession and legacy taxes to which
my estate or the transfer of any property hereunder may be subject and to charge such tax
as part of the administration, payable out of my residuary estate.

for the purposes therein expressed, that each of the witnesses, in the presence and
hearing of the Testator, signed the Will as witnesses, and that to the best of their
