ESTATE OF WALLACE K. SMITH
ADJUDICATION AND ORDER
AND NOW,this ZfXday of June,2014, the record of this case shows that the First and
Final Account of Max J. Smith, Sr., Executor of the Estate of Wallace K. Smith, deceased, has
been filed and advertised according to law. Notice of the filing of the Account has been given to
the creditors and beneficiary of the Estate, as evidenced by a Certificate of Service filed with the
Court by Counsel for the Estate. No exceptions have been filed.
It is noted that this Estate is insolvent. The Estate has Class Three and Six creditors. The
Class Three creditors shall receive 15.38% of their respective claims filed against the Estate
representing full payment of the recognized claims of$4,514.37. It is further noted that after
' payment to the Class Three creditors the net assets of the Estate will be exhausted, so that there
will be no payment to the Class Six creditor or residuary beneficiaries, namely, Cinda L.
Kauffman, Brian R. Lobel, and Keith Lobel.
The Account is hereby confirmed as filed by the Executor of the Estate. More
specifically, the payments heretofore made to certain creditors or providers having a statutory
priority for payment pursuant to the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, as more
fully set forth in the Account, are hereby approved and confirmed and the Schedule of Proposed
Distribution filed with the Account, is hereby approved; all subject to any rights of exception or
appeal under applicable court rules.
This is a Nisi Order which shall become absolute unless written exceptions are filed
within ten(10)days after the date of this Order.
