ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 19th day of June 2014, upon review of the Petition for
Adjudication of Incapacity and Appointment of Guardian, the Court a
Bayley, Esquire, as Guardian ad litem for Shelle Hartl ppO1nts Mark
Y aub, with compensation to be
provided pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. § 5511(c).
It is hereby ORDERED and DIRECTED that a hearing on the Petition is
scheduled for 3 July 2014 at 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom Number Six of th
County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. A CITATIO � e Cumberland

Hartlaub to show reason, if any, why she should not be adjudicated an in

person and why a guardian should not be appointed. Written notice of the etition
hearing in large type and in simple language shall be given to S p and

(a).
