Thomas G. Mulder, decedent, and the brother of Paul C. Mulder, Executor of the estate of
Thomas G. Mulder, hereby express my consent and confirmation to the terms of the
Petition for Settlement of a Small Estate filed in this matter and, further, request that the
Court enter an Order of Court making the Court's prior Order of Court and Rule to Show
Cause absolute.
