AND NOW, this 24th day of June, 2014, upon consideration of the Motion for
Continuance of the hearing scheduled for June 25, 2014, regarding attorney's fees and
costs, filed on June 20, 2014, on behalf of Robert M. Mumma, II, said motion being
based upon the state of his latest counsel's familiarity with the case, and it appearing (a)
that counsel for Lisa M. Morgan opposes the continuance,' (b) that the hearing has
been scheduled since April 30, 2014,2 (c) that the issue which is the subject of the
hearing has been evident since the filing of the auditor's report on August 7, 2013,3 (d)
that the movant's current counsel is at least the 16th attorney engaged by the movant in
