Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, whd di4 testaZon A*st 10, 2013 and
whose Last Will and Testament dated June 1, 2006 was dul},probateddathe0fdce of the Register
of Wills of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania on August 22, 2013 and recorded to No. 2113-0921,
DO HEREBY: ,
1. Acknowledge the receipt of the sum of One Dollar {$1.00} and other
considerations, which represents payment in full of the bequest in paragraph No. 2 of said Will
which provides as follows:
"2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
property,real,personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, of which I shall
die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease„ to my daughter,
Kathleen S. Strawser, per stirpes, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and my
son, Charles W. Lingle, IJI, per stirpes, of Wellsville, York County, Pennsylvania, in equal
shares."
2. Release and forever discharge Kathleen S. Strawser and Charles W.Lingle, III, co-
Executors of the ESTATE DID'CHARLES W LINGLE, JR., his heirs and assigns, and the Estate
of CHARLES W. LINGLE, JR., deceased, of the aforesaid payment and of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever.
This instrument shall be legally binding upon the successors and assigns of
Kathleen S. Strawser and Charles W. Lingle, HI, co-Executors.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 20th
