BOWERS, late of the Towns�,ipi of ° ��- � .:.-* N V) O F—+ 'T1 Upper Allen, County of Cumberland, State of Pennsylvania, died on April 10, 2013 , having first made her Last Will and Testament in writing dated March 21, 2013 , which since her decease was duly probated before the Register of Wills of said Cumberland County and Letters Testamentary issued to DAVID G. BOWERS, DEAN M. BOWERS and DUANE J. BOWERS, Co- Executors named in the Last Will and Testament of said decedent; and . .. WHEREAS, DAVID G. BOWERS, DEAN M. BOWERS and DUANE J. BOWERS are the sons, heirs and next of kin of the said decedent and the only persons interested in her Estate; and NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, DAVID G. BOWERS, DEAN M. BOWERS and DUANE J. BOWERS, being the only beneficiaries of the Estate of said decedent, do hereby declare and say that we have examined the Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of DAVID G. BOWERS, DEAN M. BOWERS and DUANE J. BOWERS, Co-Executors as aforesaid, for the period ending May 7, 2014 , and find the same to be accurate and according to law, and we, DAVID G.
