STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, BRAD D. PLEVYAK, the OWNERS of the real estate described below, has or is about to
execute a contract with TIDAY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC , whose principal business address is 2
West Mulberry Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 , to construct a single family dwelling upon lands situate at 21
WINDSWEPT WAY (LOT G-4), CAMP HILL, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, and more particularly ;
bounded and described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
NOW,THEREFORE, this 2-24J) day of J'okK_ 2014, before any authority had been given by
TIDAY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC to commence work on said facilities, or purchase materials for same,
in consideration of making of the above-described Contract with BRAD D. PLEVYAK, Owners, and in further
consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to the general contractor by BRAD D. PLEVYAK, Owners, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that no liens or claims shall be filed or maintained against the
Owner's facilities and the land above-described, or upon BRAD D. PLEVYAK, the Owners, by the general
contractor, or any of its subcontractors, or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other person acting
through or under them, for or on account of any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for, toward, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvement of said facilities; under
said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens or claims against the facilities, the land
above-described, and BRAD D. PLEVYAK, the Owners, being hereby expressly waived by the general contractor
for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen, or workmen and other acting through or under them.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point located on the western right of way line of Windswept Way at the dividing line
between Lots G4 and G5 on the hereinafter referenced Plan; thence along the southern boundary line of
Lot G5, North 81 degrees 27 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 156.32 feet to a point on the
eastern boundaryline of Open Space on said Plan; thence along said eastern boundary line of Open
Space, South 08 degrees 39 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 18.31 feet to a point on the same
